He served as New York State Assemblyman (between 1979 and 1986), New York State Senator (between 1987-2006) as Senior Assistant Majority Leader and held various positions including Chairman of the Senate’s powerful Committee on Investigations and Government Operations; and Chairman of the Committees on Labor, Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities.
Robert Avaltroni has over 23 years of experience in addressing political and environmental issues in New York, thirteen of which were spent as Deputy Commissioner of the New York City Department of Environmental Protection. He was responsible for directing all environmental, chemical, biological and radiological initiatives in conjunction with the NYPD Counterterrorism/Intel Division, Dept. of Homeland Security, the Joint Terrorism Task Force, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Office of Emergency Management, and the Dept. of Energy.
Jeffrey A. Chadwick has been associated with a number of oil & gas E & P companies in various engineering, operational and geological capacities. Those companies include such names as Conoco, Inc., Dominion Energy, Inc. and Reliant Energy, Inc. Mr. Chadwick has a BS in Geology from California State University of Pennsylvania (1977) and a MS in Petroleum Engineering from West Virginia University (1979).
Arthur J. Pyron has an M.S. in geology from the University of Texas at El Paso (1980) and a B.A. in earth science from La Salle University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (1976). Mr. Pyron and has published in excess of fifty technical papers, many of which are focused on the Marcellus Shale.
